2 Adobe Illustrator
Along with Creative Cloud (the result of Adobe’s shift on its release strategy), Illustrator CC was released. This version (the seventeenth) was the first to be only sold in a subscription-based service model, in line with the other software in the formerly called Creative Suite. As part of Creative Cloud, this version brought improvements in that subject such as color, font and program settings syncing, saving documents to the cloud, and integration with Behance (a creative collaborative network), as well as other features such as a new touch-compatible type tool, images in brushes, CSS extraction, and file packaging.Because of its Tons Of Useful options it got second place in Top 10 Graphic Design Softwares.
3 Adobe Indesign
Adobe InDesign is a desktop publishing software application produced by Adobe Systems. It can be used to create works such as posters, flyers, brochures, magazines, newspapers and books. InDesign can also publish content suitable for tablet devices in conjunction with Adobe Digital Publishing Suite. Graphic designers and production artists are the principal users, creating and laying out periodical publications, posters, and print media. It also supports export to EPUB and SWF formats to create e-books and digital publications, including digital magazines, and content suitable for consumption on tablet computers. In addition, InDesign supports XML, style sheets and other coding markup, making it suitable for exporting tagged text content for use in other digital and online formats. The Adobe InCopy word processor uses the same formatting engine as InDesign.
4 Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3
PaintShop Pro (PSP) is a raster and vector graphics editor for Microsoft Windows. It was originally published by Jasc Software. In October 2004, Corel purchased Jasc Software and the distribution rights to Paint Shop Pro. PSP functionality can be extended by Photoshop-compatible plugins.
Although often written as Paint Shop Pro, Corel’s website shows the name for the product as PaintShop Pro. The X-numbered editions have been sold in two versions: PaintShop Pro, which is the basic editing program, and PaintShop Pro Ultimate, which bundles in other standalone programs. The particular bundled programs have varied with each numbered version and have not been sold by Corel as separate products.
5 CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5
CorelDraw (styled CorelDRAW) is a vector graphics editor developed and marketed by Corel Corporation of Ottawa, Canada. It is also the name of Corel’s Graphics Suite, which bundles CorelDraw with a bitmap image editor, Corel Photo-Paint, and other graphics-related programs (see below). The latest version is designated X7 (equivalent to version 17), and was released in March 2014.

As part of the Creative Cloud suite, Flash CC also offers users the ability to synchronize settings or save files online.

ArtRage is a bitmap graphics editor for digital painting created by Ambient Design Ltd. It is currently in version 4.0.6, and supports Windows, Mac OS X and mobile Apple devices and is available in multiple languages. It caters to all ages and skill levels, from children to professional artists.
It is designed to be used with a tablet PC or graphics tablet, but it can be used with a regular mouse as well. Adobe Premiere Pro is a timeline-based video editing software application. It is part of the Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes video editing, graphic design, and web development programs.

10 Corel Paint
Corel Painter is a raster-based digital art application created to simulate as accurately as possible the appearance and behavior of traditional media associated with drawing, painting, and printmaking.
